Can I collect my order?
Yes of course. Once your order has been placed I will provide you with my address which is on the Isle of Sorrento on the Gold Coast.
How long until I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom made to order items will be processed and sent out within 1-2 weeks. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can I purchase one of your "Sold out" items?
Yes you can. Send me an email indicating which item you would like to order and I will re-create this for you as soon as possible. Keeping in mind that each item is handmade and may not be identical to the original.
How do I care for my new Macramé product?
Each item is made from 100% Australian cotton and needs to be hung in a dry environment. Exposure to water or high humidity will affect the material. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to email Marianne [email protected].
What materials do you use?
The natural cotton rope used is locally sourced and is 100% Australian made. The driftwood is found in local areas around the Gold Coast and even as far away as Moreton Island.
